Relentless selling pressure premarket and opened wayyy below the premarket high so I was short biased from the get go. My plan was shorting it around $1.30 and risk from that lvl. Definitely entered too early but I was confident on my trade and did size down and re-put it back on at higher level. Good trade at the beginning and at the bottom I was up nicely but only took 1/3 off and decided to let the rest run. But man this thing was trending upward from that point and putting the base at $1.15 and after reshort my average was $2.23 and my plan was risking $2.20 over/under. Turned out I was wrong, it broke above $2.20 so I covered. I got emotional at the time b/c I couldn't get out by inputting more than 5000 shares. Per-ticket pricing only allow me to trade 5000 shares at a time. So I covered all into that midday ramp, didn't quite regret my doing. This thing was trading 40m shares at that point and from the big picture it was consolidating so it could have EOD action. Turned a $2k profit into breakeven just like yesterday. Frustrated but this is part of trading. I am super okay with it b/c I respect the rules and I know that there is always tomorrow!!! There is no reason to fight or feel emotional at this point.
Accidentally located 5k shares but man this thing was very dead, there was hardly any volume rebound. Well too bad.
