WTW-acting very heavy so got short, Then sellers gone and it grinded back up, lots of shorts got stuck. Used bit of too much size but traded it according to the plan.
PIXY-great trades in the morning!! both short and long but I am greedy and think the profit isn't enough so I decided to push low volume grinding afternoon action and got smoked!!!! Lesson of the day: it's okay to trade afternoon BUT must stay small and be extremely disciplined meaning that whenever the stop triggered GTFO, no adding to loser!!!! Saddly I broke the rule!
In hindsight the best thing to do would be closed the fucking PC and hit the gym!!! Starting tomorrow ONLY focus morning action!!!!! forget about afternoon lull!!! It does more harm than reward!
