All it takes is one day, bad decision making, bad risk management, overheld, fighting mentality to give back all profits of last week. Could really have reduced the damage but got too biased and stubborn. turned -80k loss into -140k. unneccessary losses

feel like selloff is over temporarily and at least for the next couple weeks market can hold its low so bouncing market leader AAPL today and index QQQ and fading vxx

didn't fall the way I wanted, too slow and bids kept refreshing so I covered all and went to lunch. After I covered it just completely unwinded. Gotta have more faith in Wechat ticker!!!!! especially nice daily chart+consumer defensive sector. Going to pay more attention to it in the future hopefully there is one more opportunity later the year.
