slow action today and again the problem is "opponent selection"!!! I traded the wrong stock, wrong setup and I used bit more size than I should.

although I followed the rule to stop out when support lvl breakdown but still the loss is there!!! Totally avoidable and the exits could be better!!

Followed my plan and cut everything when $1.30 breakout and hold. Got conviction but totally NOT expected it would be up 15% premarket. Scared of the squeeze out of gate so fuck it imma out.

weak low float market. Could have gone in much bigger and earlier but scared of the friday mania squeeze and relentless buying so didn't do so. Made small and don't wanna stress/ headache before the weekend. Next monday is the last day of the month. Will take it easy and make quick trade before going to JFK pickup my dad. I been trying to remind myself trading is marathon, You have to have the big picture in the mind. think about 5,10 years!!! That big picture mentality helps you to stay objective and rational in each trade. Cut loser fast and let winner run further. No one single trade can make you rich BUT one bad trade could wipe out everything you worked so hard for!!!!!

7/27_DRYS, CAPR, NAKD_Sub-VWAP grinding!

another stress free day. Got be careful tomorrow when all shorts got cozy on current market condition.

just freaking awesome. Sub vwap grinding action and failed to continue downward so I covered the most and rest before flipped long and nailed the longside as well. This is the one used to get me trapped and turned winner into loser!

its got relative volume and higher lows so fuck it imma out.

no brainer short risking $1.30. Likely swing it multi days till the next r/s.

trying to trade and watch the chart as less as possible for longevity reason. Trading is marathon not sprint. You should never lose the big picture of it. Think about 5,10 years!!!

great trade before the VWAP pierce over and $5 rejection. Should have put up some but don't want extra headache and stress.

freaking awesome. The old version of myself would probably hanging around and got stopped out at $.70s. No sellling, higher low, i am out! simple as that!!!!

30,000 shares short!! could have gone a little bigger due to conviction and shippers gone dead already

dips held twice and Nate's comment make it crowded so fuck it I am out! Good trade! but should have reattack.

trend held yesterday and today and using .80 as a guide/base for squeeze. didn't work but stuffy at $3.

7/24_DRYS, TEAR, ELTK

overall did great today except one mistake in the morning on DRYS Due to extreme conviction I refused to cover when technicals says red flag!

I had 2 opportunities to cover when higher lows spotted but didn't!! Ended up covered partial near the top realized $3k loss but saw stuffing+$3 whole dollar mark resistance I reput shares on and nailed the move. Had I covered into the dips I probably wouldn't used more size!!!! I don't know whether it's good thing/ bad.

I covered the last piece at 3:30pm but saw the weakness and it's hanging around support and $2 mark and it's piece of shit and looks like all buyers/covers are gone so I shorted into weakness and nailed another $5k on it!!! awesome late day reshort!!!!

confused action and it turned from high quality setup to low quality so I covered. I told myself whenever i see signs of frontside get out!!! Not gonna throw dice on it!

pain in the ass on Friday and my plan was r/g fail short but it  couldn't get there and I missed it. This is the artistic part of trading perhaps!!! nothing pans out perfectly like you wanted so You got scale in!!! say used 1/5 size initially and added if it kept going and always have stop out point in the mind!

7/21_TEAR_huge roller coaster day!!!

Was down more than $20k at the peak!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

don't even wanna talk about it. Just like ANY or any other stock, when you see price and relative volume divergence, get the fuck out!!!!!!! but I didn't and instead I added to loser. The same old mistake I been making for 2 years!!!! Can't help it!

Had multiple opportunities to close the position but I didn't. I was down big and wanted to make more back and that thought stuck in my head that I can't shake it off. Watching it grind grind grind away from me!!!! I really need to implant what AT09 says "scale into the best and scalp the rest" The problem is initially it's a great setup but when it holds the quality of setup deterioated and I was already stuck in shit hole with big red loss realized. I guess the main thing is the "SIZE"!!!

mania period is taking off today thanks to AEZS so no short for me unless parabolic/clear heavy action.

what a WOW!!! not surprised but just amazed!!!! 60m shares traded yesterday possibly contribute today's action! Intentionally avoided it today.

told myself will be relentless buyers so refrain from shorting them. Rather miss than making money!

idea was right but just pathetic volume!!!!!After AEZS's action yesterday I guess it draw in lots of retail amateur traders which makes it long crowded.

OMG!! secondary killer squeeze!!! shorts got fucked again.It used to be my biggest loser. I chose not to locate in the morning. rather miss!!!!! Not worth the risk!!! Focus on ez trade!!!

shitty day for me given AEZS's action. coulda woulda shoulda....same mistake I made on CERC, MBRX, YUMA. Just toooooo biased and stubborn and think there is no way it could keep going but fact is yes it kept going.....Not that I don't have a plan but the loss is there even if I followed my plan by stopping out.

started shorting premarket and added some after the open and covered some into the base and kept some then boom surprising volume came it and started putting higher base which I should have recognized that's a bad sign for shorts but instead of taking loss and stopping out I added to loser and held it. Yes I stopped out half but that's not enough!!!!!! I thought there is no way it can keep climbing due to massive volume already!!! How the stock sustain its upward movement by keeping 200k/min volume??!!!!!!! It would be longshot. but again another surprise hit!!!

after what it has done I ended up stopping out ALL at $2.12 below squeeze another 30cents off my exit. Yes it's sizable loss but had I not stopped out it would be very ugly!!!!

XCO-vengeance mode on after AEZS's loss. Glad I cut it because 2.30 kept peaking out.

vwap hugging action got me scared so I stopped out all....

thanks to overnight hold it makes my day less terrible.

recouped $4k on EOD fade. Tough one!! lots of hard time. I rather miss it than making money by taking ridiculous risk & uncertainty.

7/18_CAPR, MBRX_rough day!!!

shitty way to start the day realizing $3k on MBRX but shit gets nastier!!

due to weakness past few days and bagholders underwater I sized in pretty big premarket and covered all before the open due to momo is there then it looked stuffy in the morning so I reshorted risking HOD but it has troubled stayed below $2. Glad I covered 3/4 in high $1.90s!!!! minimized the pain.

I was being polar and thought it would crack and close below the support. Lots of volume coming in!!! Where the heck are these buyers come from I wonder. That $1.28 cover before the squeeze to $1.60 is the star trade of the day, really proud of it although I could do it better. Gave it a chance by holding and waiting waiting waiting but it didn't go down so covered some and left 18k shares o/n with avg. $1.47. My thesis was as long as it closed below $1.40 I would hold it overnight plush EOD squeeze peaked out at $1.47 gave me lots of confidence and early massive seller at $1.50. Stop loss $1.50 o/u tomorrow!!

7/17_CBAY, TEUM_hit and run

due to recent bad memory on friday so got scared and timidated and told myself to hit and run but didn't workout today.

unreal gap and fade. thought of the possibility of squeeze so covered all and it faded further than I thought. should have at least gave half of my position a chance!!!

don't regret my entry but this stock traded differently than I thought. I thought there would be clear rejection and big red candle slamdown but didn't quite see it so covered all. Don't want headache.

made one more trade given 2 panic dips got held. Nasty HOD rejection so I scaled out all. Late longs and stubborn shorts got buried once again.

thinkiing all longs are underwater and on tip of toes. descending triangle so shorted risking $3.20.
Didn't panic as much as I expected sub $3 which is very odd!!!! Would love to see $3.70 retest tomorrow to get short. Higher the best of course!! Be careful of ANY type of squeeze!!

7/14_ANY, BONT(5-FIGURE LOSS)

thought it would r/g fail and $5 mark rejection so used size(15000 shares) but boom it started para and quickly down $20k at the top. Lost my mind I started covering whereas I should have shorted. The initial size was tooooooo big just like DRYS and HTGM, otherwise I would trade it more objectively, possibly took it off and reattack at higher lvl.

big picture all day hold and wanted EOD panic. Sighing didn't happen. Took 15k loss on ANY otherwise I would definitely cover partial at $.72ish. Went for homerun didn't workout. Frustrated!!

7/13_BONT, XGTI, YUMA, TEUM_tough day!

not an easy day sighing....typical day that I would take a huge loss due to stubborness and undiscipline but I tried to manage all the trades the best I could!!! Insanity is back!!!!!

ez one. I respected the price action and covered all.

painful one. 3 day swing looks like working out and coming into morning I was up $3k from $1.43 average 2 days ago and ready to cover sub $1 but BOOM it took off and I went from $3k to red...That's trading!!! Glad I stayed calm and added some into $1.60 resistance and covered at $1.30ish. Not gonna overstay due to emotional rush.

one of the best trades of the day. I tested bids and found it's hard to dip so I went ahead and covered all, not as much selling as I expected and that was the best dicision I made . This is the one I rather miss than making money after up and down swing. Not worth risk and my time!!

Finally the chopper of the day. I made great exit due to grinding action but then got myself into trouble again shorting risking $0.75 o/u. Looks big resistance at that lvl but man it pierced through but the piercing action seems odd so I reput shares back on but it continued moving upward so I took it off realizing $3k loss. Did the right thing and the loss is there. Then I flipped long given people are trapped, $.75 lvl breakout and holding and SSR and I got lucky that it put out PR before it ripped thru $.90s but action again seemed strange so i sold 2/3 into $.90 and rest into $.85. Overall I did okay. I took reactive trade, I stayed patient with my entry, observation and exit. Keep the loss contained but maybe long is unneccesary given low probability of win rate.

7/12_ZN, SPI, BDR, TEUM

Stress free day today and I feel I am better at trading slow market. All you need is patience and entry!

holding 20k shares overnight with avg. $1.43. covered half today. Reduced position so I have less stress and better sleep tonight and room to add if something stupid happen tomorrow.

200k bids really scared me and got me overthink. it is what it is. Never time should have given more time and room before stop out.

Shitty day again... got caught in grinding action just like YUMA and CERC. Totally avoidable!!!!

volume is there and dips hold and premarket high breakout got me long. worked out well.

should have held it longer. I got stuck in TEUM so liquidated all the other positions.

chopper of the day that gave me countless headache. My plan didn't work out and its staying power is is strong!!! was up couple times but didn't take it b/c i wanted more!!! that's fucked up mentality!!! Greed just like so many other times caught me again. Deserved the loss!!! can't help myself. it's just hard....
